Harvey Joe Basham 
Harvey Joe was born on September 17th, 1899 in Texas.1 Harvey Joe's father was Edward Dellie Basham and his mother was Alice L. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Harry Reed (Harvey) Basham and Mary Ann Johnson. He had two brothers named Minnie G. and Willie. He was the second oldest of the three children.
