George Leftridge, Jr. was born about July 1887 in Arkansas.1 George Leftridge, Jr.'s father was George Leftridge Basham and his mother was Julia Parma Beall. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Basham and Martha Patrick. He had three brothers named Nuberry L., Pearl Reed and Martha Parma. He was the youngest of the four children. He died about 1929 in Hot Springs, Garland Co., Arkansas.1 General Notes
