Forest Lusk was born about 1912 in Meade Co., Kentucky.1 Forest Lusk's father was Henry Harrison Basham and his mother was Mabel Houston Lusk. His paternal grandparents were James William Taylor Basham and Josie Ella Allen. He had four brothers named Owen Hayes, Harry Ervin, Russell and Melvin. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died on August 18th, 1978 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
