Elmer Basham 
Elmer was born on December 15th, 1891 in Kentucky.1 Elmer's father was Richard Larken Basham and his mother was Ida Nefus. His paternal grandparents were Allen Kellogg (Kell) Basham and Eliza Jane Dowell. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Carlt, Asia, Ralph, Hallie L, Ada Belle, Flora and Nannie. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died about December 1985.1 General Notes
