Eli Williamson Basham

Eli Williamson was born on November 12th, 1867 in Crawford Co., Arkansas.¹ Eli Williamson's father was William Riley Basham and his mother was Rachel Evethe Williamson. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Basham and Elizabeth Coffey Marler. He had three brothers and a sister, named Oliver, Aida, William Riley, Jr. and Mary Eva. He had nine half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Thomas Riley, John Peter, Burt Columbus, Charles B. (Charlie), Dewey Yeager, Cloyd Sutton, Ross, Vernon Luther, Oddie, Saphronia Frances, Elizabeth Florence (Bets, Eva Edna, Gracy, Snow, Jessie Esther, Jewel Exettie and Living. He died at the age of 83 on January 12th, 1951 in Roaring Springs, Motley Co., Texas.¹
