Charles Henry (Twin) was born on April 15th, 1883 in Hawesville, Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 Charles Henry (Twin)'s father was Obediah Peyton Basham and his mother was Maria Frances Watlington. His paternal grandparents were Henry Dowell Basham and Cassandra Hardin. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Earl Wallace, Oral Peyton, Ceil Duncan, Ermine (Twin), Erwin (Twin), Nathaniel Reid, Martha Lou (Mattie), Cleona Blanche, Judith Ellen (Nel) and Mary Dowell (Twin) (Dot). He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died about March 1964 in West Point, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
