Casper Harold Basham 
Casper Harold was born on April 19th, 1912 in Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 Casper Harold's father was Blumer Hardin Basham and his mother was Theresa E (Tracy) Huff. His paternal grandparents were Clarence W. Basham and Sarah Lucretia Kellems. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Ernest Melvin, James Evritt, Paul Richard, Living, Alma Marie, Evelyn Rasandil and Living. He died at the age of 62 on September 14th, 1974 in Tell City, Perry Co., Indiana.1 General Notes
