Anne Myrtle Basham 
Anne Myrtle was born on November 30th, 1879 in Alabama.1 Anne Myrtle's father was Joseph C. Bassham and her mother was Mary J. Shelton. Her paternal grandparents were Levi Sampson Bassham and Sarah Smith. She had three brothers named James Levithian, John W. and Brian Smith. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 83 on April 17th, 1963.1 General Notes
