Carr Barnes 
Carr was born on February 28th, 1893 in Tyler Co. Texas.1 Carr's father is Andrew Madison Barnes and his mother was Maggie Platt. His maternal grandfather is Rasamus Platt and his maternal grandmother was Nancy A. D. Graham. He had three brothers and a sister, named Willie Akron, Bishop, John R. and Mattie. He died at the age of 71 in April 1964. He was buried in Mt. Hope Cemetery , Tyler Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
