Miles Johnston was born on August 8th, 1914 in Wallis, Austin Co., Texas.1 Miles Johnston's father was Miles Newton Allen and his mother was Katherine Eudora Glasscock. His paternal grandparents were Miles Johnson Allen and Nora Weaver. He had two sisters named Annie Laurie and Katherine. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 46 in August 1960 in Houston , Harris Co., Texas. He was buried in Allen- Johnston Cementry 4 miles north of Wallis, Austin Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
