Arthur Charles was born on November 29th, 1900 in Eden, Concho Co. , Texas.1 Arthur Charles' father was T. Horton Allen and his mother was Mary C. Martha Sandheer. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin J. Allen and Martha McNutt. He had a brother and five sisters, named Roy W., Mae, Nora, Myrta, Eula and Lora Gertrude. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 38 on April 6th, 1939 in San Angelo, Tom Green Co., Texas.1 General Notes
