Eupheme was born about 1267 in Warkworth, Northumberland, England and her baptism took place in Also Of, Clavering, Essex, England.  Eupheme's father was Robert Fitzroger Clavering and her mother was Margery De La Zouche.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger Fitzjohn and Isabel De Merlay; her maternal grandparents were Alan La Zouche and Elena De Quincy.  She was an only child.  She died in 1329 in Warkworth, Northumberland, England.  She was buried in Staindrop, Durham, England.
