Josephine was born in May 1892 in , Scioto, Ohio, USA.1 Josephine's father was Christopher WIDDIG and her mother was Mary KOCH OR KOCK. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William F., Charles E., George Daniel, Orlando C., Anna Viola, Minnie C., Sarah E. and Grace Mae. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 69 on November 22nd, 1961 in Portsmouth, Scioto, Ohio, USA.2 General Notes
