Correnor was born on December 22nd, 1861 in , Grayson, Kentucky, U.S.A..1 Correnor's father was James L Skaggs and her mother was Nancy J Gragson. Her paternal grandparents were James Lindsey Skaggs and Kessiah Witten. She had five brothers and three sisters, named James R., McHenry, Thomas E., David H., John J., Martha E., Eliza A. and Sarah H.. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 68 on January 16th, 1930 in , Grayson, Kentucky, U.S.A.. She was buried in Little Clifty Methodist Cemetery In Grayson County, Kentucky.2 1 General Notes
(Research):NOTE: I am very confused about Correnor's supposed 2nd marriage to Samuel Webster GRAGSON (they had a child Ernie that died in Mar 1911 at the age of 3) because here Correnor is listed with John G. on both the 1910 and the 1920 Census. I don't believe that the Correnor listed as the mother of Ernie on his Death Certificate is the same Correnor SKAGGS. It's also different counties.
