WILL of Maude RICH SKAGGS:
     I, Maude Rich SKAGGS, of Clarkson, Grayson County, Kentucky, do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
    First.  I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as may be precticable after my decease.
    Second.  I will and bequeath $300.00 to the Clarkson Baptist Church and $100.00 each to my three nieces - Ruth KINKAE, Rhea CHARBANEAU and Lucile RICH MOODY and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay said amounts out of my estate if there be sufficient funds to do so.
   Third.  All the rest and residue of my property both personal and real and of every kind and escription, I will, devise and bequeath to my niece Anna J. FULFORD said propert to belong to her absolutely.  I do request of my said niece Anna J. FULFORD that she use a portion of the funds that she may receive from my estate to have the weeds and grass cut off the Millerstown Cemetery and to help to keep said cemetery clean for a few years after my decease.
   Fourth.  I make and appoint Anna J. FULFORD, my niece, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament and request that she be permitted to qualify without surety on her bond.
   Signed and acknowledged in the pre sence of witnesses, this the 14th day of March, 1967

COUNTY OF GRAYSON.....SCT.
     I, G. R. ANDERSON, Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid, certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Maude RICH SKAGGS, deceased, was on this day produced in open court together with an application for probation of same, and the same being set for hearing this day and the Court being advised, came J. Stanley LAWLER, one of the two subscribing witnesses thereto, and after being duly sworn, testified that Maude RICH SKAGGS signed said instrument in his pre sence, sight and hearing, and that he signed as a witness at the request of Maude RICH SKAGGS and in her presence, sight and hearing, and the Court being satisfied with said proof, ordered probation of said instrument and that the same be recorded as the last will and testament of Maude RICH SKAGGS, deceased.
     Witness my hand this November 30, 1968
