Helen was born on July 10th, 1908 in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, U.S.A..1 Helen's father was Harry D. Lewis and her mother was Nancy E. Turner. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Elmer C., Andrew, John T., Ollie, Etta, Mattie B., Sarah and Ida Hope. She died at the age of 52 on May 16th, 1961 in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, U.S.A.. She was buried on May 18th, 1961 in Rest Haven Cemetery, Blue Ash, Hamilton, Ohio, USA.2 3 General Notes
