Jacob Warren Layman 
Jacob Warren was born in 1845 in , Grayson, Kentucky, USA.1 Jacob Warren's father was Reason Thomas Layman and his mother was Margaret Ann Williams. His paternal grandparents were Michael Layman and Sarah Storms; his maternal grandparents were James Hollis Williams and Sena Metzel. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James Hollis, John M., William J., Samuel Cleaver, Elizabeth J. and Mary Martha. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 61 in 1906.2 General Notes
