Earl H. FOEHR
Earl H. (Dutch) FOEHR, 73, of 1707 Williams St., died at 3:30 a.m. today in Scioto Memorial Hospital.
A native of Portsmouth, and a retired Portsmouth Fire Department lieutenant, he was a veteran of the Marine Corps and a member of Second Presbyterian Church and Portsmouth Elks Lodge.
Preceded in death by his wife, Madelyn SCOTT FOEHR, in 1970, he is survived by a son, George T. FOEHR of Albuquerque, N. M.; a brother, Harry (Huck) FOEHR of Buffalo, N. Y., and a granddaughter.
Services are to be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Emrick-Scott Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne M. Lowery officiating. Interment is to be in Memorial Burial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Sunday.
