Otto was born about December 1905 in Portsmouth, Scioto, Ohio, USA.1 Otto's father was Frank FREDERICK and his mother was Lizzie. His paternal grandparents were Isadore FREDERICK and Barbara EBENENY? OR ABRAM(S) OR LANG. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Alfred Charles, George Joseph, Paul, Helena B., Clara A., Katie and Mary E.. He was the youngest of the eight children. CHILD DIED OF CONSUMPTION
Death has relieved the sufferings of Otto, infant son of Frank FREDERICK, a well known stove mounter, of West Fifth Street, the child slumbering away Sunday night at 9 o'clock. The mother died a few weeks after the baby's birth and as the little one had inherited tuberculosis from her had never been well. He was eight months old. The funeral will take place from St. Mary's Church Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock.
