MRS. WALTER BATEMAN
Death at one o'clock this afternoon called Mrs. Walter BATEMAN, who died at her home, 337 Fourth street, following an illness of several years with complications. Mrs. BATEMAN was formerly Miss Fredericka FREDERICK. Her husband and two children, Carrie and George, preceded her in death. Surviving are the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Jacob HAFNER of Ninth street, Miss Barbara FREDERICK of Fourth street, Mrs. Charles MILLER of Miami, Florida, Frank FREDERICK and Adolph FREDERICK of Fourth street and P. J. FREDERICK of Sixth street. She also leaves a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. BATEMAN was a faithful member of St. Mary's Church and of the Married Ladies Society of this church.
The funeral will be held from St. Mary's church probably Saturday morning at 8:30 o'clock with the Rev. T. A. GOEBEL officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn cemetery.
