I did mean Malinda and Richard Carby. I don't have a lot of information except that Malinda's maiden name was Spencer. Her mother was Kessiah (unknown maiden name) Spencer. In 1850 she is living with her mother and siblings in Grayson County. She married Richard Carby August 15, 1955. I'm assuming their son Augustus was named after her brother Augustus who was born 1841. Not sure what happened to him. I have been told that Richard's parents were William Carby and Margaret Nichols.
