Mrs. Della F. MAIER
Mrs. Della F. MAIER, 78, of 2635 Grandview Ave., died at her residence at 12:25 p.m. Monday after a lengthy illness.
Born at Kitts Hill, May 29, 1884, she was a daughter of Willis and Louise KITTS CROWE. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Genevieve DERR of the Grandview Ave. address: seven sisters, Mrs. S. W. HATFIELD of Lynwood, Calif., Mrs. S. W. McCUE of Los Angeles, Mrs. Arthur SISLER and Mrs. Mathew CLORIN, both of Ironton, Mrs. Evelyn SAUNDERS of Toledo, Mrs. Wendell SHIVELY of Huntington and Mrs. John BLAGG of Ironton; four brothers, George CROWE of Downey, Calif., Edward CROWE of Zanesville, Chrles CROWE of Kitts Hill and David CROWE of Ironton and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Albert MAIER, who died in 1938, a son, a sister, a brother, and a son-in-law.
Funeral services are to be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Church. Burial is to be in Greenlawn Cemetery under direction of Daehler Funeral Home. Recitation of the rosary is to be at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the residence.
Friends may call at the residence.
