NOTE:  These family group sheets were posted on-line at Ancestry.com, by Michael Woods.  I have not proven his research, so can not vouch for it.  However I have been able to search the census records for the family of Isaac M. Downs and Amelda Bates families.

It looks like much of Michael Wood's information comes from "Bates Booster" family history book, but I have not seen this book myself.
