Mrs. Lydia SPENCER
Mr. Lydia SPENCER, 81 of 1133 Ninth St., died at 1:10 a.m. today at her home.
She was born June 13, 1879 a daughter of Joseph and Emma ARTHURS.
Mrs. SPENCER was the widow of George SPENCER.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Jean CLAWSON, with whom she resided at 1133 Ninth St., Mrs. Harriett CARRELL of Chicago, Mrs. Margaret GEEHARING of Columbus and Mrs. Doris WOODELL of Urbana, Ohio; three sons, Fred, 1525 Sixth St., Harry of Ironton and Arthur of Cincinnati; sister, Mrs. W. A. SPITZER, 1793 Jackson St.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. SPENCER was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, a sister and a daughter.
She was a life-long member of First Christian Church.
Funeral services are to be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Mart Glynn Funeral Home. Rev. Ernest FORD is to Officiate. Interment is to be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
