Agnes was born in 1244 in Derby, Derbyshire, England. Agnes' father was William (Earl De Derby) DE FERRERS and her mother was Margaret DE QUINCY. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert (Sir) Earl De Derby, William (Earl), Sibill and Joan.
