John DE COURTENAY 
John was born in 1218 in Okehampton, Devonshire, England. John's father was Robert De Courtenay (Sir KNIGHT) and his mother was Mary DE REVIERS. His paternal grandparents were Renaud 'Reginald' Seigneur DE COURTENAY and Hawise DE CURCY. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Egeline and Hawise. He died at the age of 56 on May 3rd, 1274. He was buried in Ford Abbey, Devonshire, England.-
