Margaret COURTENAY

Margaret was born about 1500 in Powderham, Devonshire, England. Margaret's father was William COURTENAY and her mother was Cecily CHENEY. Her paternal grandparents were William COURTENAY and Margaret BONVILLE; her maternal grandparents were John CHENEY and Elizabeth HILL. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William, James, Edward, Piers, Elizabeth, Joan, Ann, Cicely and Eleanor. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died on September 27th, 1535.
