Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE 
Arthur was born on December 10th, 1681.1 Arthur's father was Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE and his mother was Margaret FOWELL. His paternal grandparents were Amyas CHAMPERNOWNE and Alice ADDINGTON; his maternal grandparents were John FOWELL and Elizabeth CHICHESTER. He had two brothers and a sister, named John, Henry and Margaret. He died at the age of 36 in 1717.2 General Notes
