Margaret was born about 1437. Margaret's father was Edmund DE BEAUFORT and her mother was Eleanor DE BEAUCHAMP. Her paternal grandparents were John "Fairborn" DE BEAUFORT and Margaret DE HOLAND; her maternal grandparents were Richard DE BEAUCHAMP and Elizabeth DE BERKELEY. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Edmund, John, Thomas, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Joan and Anne. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.General Notes
