Ann was born in 1682 in SOMERSET CO., MARYLAND. Ann's father was John LAWS II and her mother was Katherine BOSMAN. Her paternal grandparents were John LAWS I and Mme Judith LAWS; her maternal grandparents were William BOSMAN SR and Bridgett JUSTICE. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, Robert, Thomas, George, William and Mary. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Bridget.
