James KINCAID 
James was born on March 10th, 1763 in ALBEMARLE, VIRGINIA. James' father was John KINCAID CAPTAIN and his mother was Margaret LOCKHART. His paternal grandparents were Joseph KINCAID and Juliana MOORE; his maternal grandparents were James Horatio LOCKHART II and Elizabeth LILLINGTON. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, John, David, Moore, Mary, Margaret and Ruth. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
