Isaac was born on January 19th, 1791 in ROWAN, NORTH CAROLINA. Isaac's father was Shadrack HERRIN and his mother was Rebecca STOGSDILL. His paternal grandparents were Edward HERRING and Mme Mary Ann HERRING. He was an only child. He died at the age of 57 on January 6th, 1849 in PULASKI, KENTUCKY.General Notes
