William BUCKNER 
William was born in 1702 in VIRGINIA. William's father was John BUCKNER JR and his mother was Ann BALLARD. His paternal grandparents were John BUCKNER SR and Deborah FERRERS; his maternal grandparents were Thomas BALLARD and Katherine HUBBARD. He was an only child.
