Sarah was born on June 16th, 1815 in Russel, St. Lawrence, NY. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named Alexander Brown, Alexander, Jacob, Nancy, Nancy, Hannah, Betsey, Hannah, Hariet M., Betsy (Slyter) and Harriet. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 71 on May 2nd, 1887 in Lavalle, Sauk, WI. She was buried in Evergreen Cem., Lavalle, Sauk.General Notes
