Rachel Sheffield

Rachel was born on May 24th, 1660 in Braintree, Norfolk, Ma. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named Daniel, William, Joseph, Nathaniel, Samuel, Mary, Hannah, Martha, Thomazine, Susanna, Elizabeth, Rachel and Martha.  She was the oldest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 26 on May 3rd, 1687 in Medfield, Norfolk, Massachusetts.

‌Rachel and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony in 1684.
