Thomas was born on October 6th, 1560 in Birmingham, Warwick, Eng. and his baptism took place on October 6th, 1560 in , Birmingham, Warwick, England. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Ambrose, John, William, Alice and Mary.  Thomas is no longer alive.
