John Or Jan DELAMATER (LE MAISTRE)(LEMAITRE)

John Or Jan was born on November 9th, 1653 in Flatbush, Kings, NY and his baptism took place there on March 9th, 1653. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Abraham, Isaac (Le Mastre), Isaac (De La Maistre), Jacobus (Le Mastre), Susannah, Hester Lemaitre and Hester Le.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 48 on October 25th, 1702 in Harlem, N, New York.  He was buried in October 1702 in , Harlem, N, New York.
