Rebecca was born on October 10th, 1787 in ENGLAND. Rebecca's father was James CANIDA and her mother was Abigail S.. Her paternal grandparents were Mr. CANIDA and Mrs. CANIDA. She was an only child. She died at the age of 59 on February 23rd, 1847 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
‌Rebecca and John were married in a religious ceremony on January 19th, 1809 in Lebanan, Warren Co., OH. They had two sons named John and James Mitchell.
