Jacob BRINKERHOFF 
Jacob was born on November 19th, 1721 in Hackensack, Bergen, New Jersey. Jacob's father was Jacobus Hendricksen BRINKERHOFF and his mother was Angenitie or Angenietje BANTA. His paternal grandparents were Hendrick Jorisen and Claesie Cornelise Boomgaert; his maternal grandparents were Hendrick Epkese BANTA and Maritje Maria WESTERVELT. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Hartman, Hendrick, Joris, Martje Or Maria and Martje (Maria). He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 50 in 1771.General Notes
