Mary Ann was born on July 5th, 1822 in Pckns., Alabama. Mary Ann's father was Thomas Jefferson ADAIR and her mother was Rebecca BROWN. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph ADAIR and Sarah LOWE; her maternal grandparents were Roger BROWN and Molly UNKNOWN. She was an only child. She died at the age of 75 in May 1898.-
