Jean I "le Magnifique" was born on November 30th, 1340 in Château Du Bois De Vincennes, Vincennes, , France.  Jean I "le Magnifique"'s father was Jean II "Le Bon" Capet and his mother was Jutte Bonne.  His paternal grandparents were Philip VI "De Valois" Capet and Jeanne De Bourgogne; his maternal grandparents were King of Bohemia & Duke of Luxembourg Jan and Queen of Bohemia Eliska. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Louis I, Philippe II "Le Hardi", Charles V "The Wise", Blanche, Catherine, Jeanne, Marie, Agnès, Marguerite and Isabelle.  He died in Château De Nesles, Paris, , France.
