Isabella "The Fair" was born in 1292 in Paris, France.  Isabella "The Fair"'s father was Phillip IV "The Fair" Capet and her mother was Heiress of Navarre Jeanne.  Her paternal grandparents were Philip III "The Bold" Capet and Isabella of Aragón; her maternal grandparents were Henry I 'The Fat' and Blanche d'Artois. She had three brothers named Philiip V, Louis X and Charles IV.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 66 on August 22nd, 1358 in Hertford Castle, Hertfordshire, England.  She was buried in Grey Friars, London, Middlesex, England.
