Charles Capet

Charles was born about 1093. Charles' father was Hugues III 'Magnus' Capet and his mother was Adelaide De Vermandois. His paternal grandparents were Henry I Capet and Anna Yaroslavna; his maternal grandparents were Herbert and Adela De Valois. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Raoul, Henry, Guillaume, Matilde Maud, Beatrice, Elizabeth (Isabel), Constance, Alice and Agnes. He was the second youngest of the ten children.
