Alexius III Angelus

Alexius III was born about 1152 in Constantinople, Turkey. Alexius III's father was Andronicusa Angelus and his mother was Euphrosine Kastaminites. His paternal grandparents were Konstantinos Angelus and Theodora Comnena; his maternal grandfather was Theodorus Kastamonitissa. He had two brothers named Ioannis and Isaakois II. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died after 1211.
