Princess of Scotland was born in 1146 in Huntingdon, Huntingdonshire, England.  Princess of Scotland's father was Henry Canmore and her mother was Adeline de Warenne.  Her paternal grandparents were David I 'the Saint' and Matilda Maud De Huntington; her maternal grandparents were William de Warenne and Elizabeth (Isabel) Capet. She had three brothers and three sisters, named William I "The, David, IV, Princess of Scotland, Margaret and Marjory Canmore. She had a half-sister named Aufrica.
