Graf Frederick I was born about 1050.1 Graf Frederick I's father was Frederick von Buren Count in the Riesgau and his mother was Hildegarde von Bar-Mousson. His paternal grandparents were Frederick von Buren Pfalzgrave in Swabia and Adelheid von Filsgau; his maternal grandparents were Otto Duke of Swabia and Miss Miss von Egisheim. He was an only child. He died on January 20th, 1105. He was buried in Lorch.1 1 General Notes
