‌Francis Christopher and Lucy were married in a religious ceremony in 1797.  They had six sons and nine daughters, named George, Arthur, Edward, Francis Christopher, James Franklin, Nathaniel, Barbara, Christina Francis, Clara Dalinda, Elizabeth, Francis Diana, Laetitia, Laetitia, Lucy and Mary Matilda.
