Matilda was born about 1148 in England.  Matilda's father was Henry de Huntington Prince of Scotland and her mother was Adelaide de Warenne.  Her paternal grandparents were David I of Scotland and Maud Matilda de Huntingdon; her maternal grandparents were William II de Warenne Sir and Isabel De Vermandois. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William, David, David, Malcolm IV, Ada, Margaret and Marjory. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William I, David, Malcolm IV, Ada, Marjory and Margaret.  She died in 1152 in England.
