Richard I de Clare 
Richard I was born in 1222. Richard I's father was Gilbert III de Clare and his mother was Isabelle Marshall. His paternal grandparents were Richard III de Clare and Amice FitzRobert; his maternal grandparents were Sir William Marshall and Isabel de Clare. He was an only child. He died at the age of 40 in 1262.-
