Constance Princess of Castile's father was Alfonso VII King of Castile and Leon and her mother was Berengaria of Barcelona.  Her paternal grandparents were Raymond of Count of Castile, Galicia, Coimbra and d'Amous Bu and Urraca Princess of Castile and Leon de Len; her maternal grandparents were Raymond Berenger III 'el Grande' Marquis of Barcelona, Count and Dulce Countess of Provence di Gievaudun. She had two brothers and a sister, named Sancho III King of Castile, Fernando II King of Leon, Galicia and Extremadura and Sancha Infanta of Castile. She had a half-sister named Sancha (Sanchia) Princess of Castile and Leon.  She died on October 4th, 1160.  She was buried in St. Denis,Paris,Seine,France.1 1
